All of our kitchens have all you need to cook and server meals for the max occupancy of the property.  Pots, pans, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, plates, cups, silverware etc. Most of the homes you should find them well stocked with even the small details like wine openers etc. 

Yes, the water is safe to drink.  As a part of our licensing, it is tested every year in whole of Vourvourou.  The water in the area is from a well so it is not like city water.  Depending on the time of year there may be some natural minerals present that give the water a different color and taste then city water.  It also does NOT have chlorine or other chemicals like city water.  Again, all well water is tested yearly and is safe to drink.  

At Drosoudis Resort all of our rentals have basic cleaning supplies and a vacuum, broom etc. Available for guests to use during the stay if you need to clean up some sort of spill or mess. Also towels and bath towels are available in every house. As well with white bed sheets for each bed.

Your property rental at Drosoudis Resort includes Dish soap, hand soap at each sink, and dish washer soap if the home is equipped with a dishwasher.  We do NOT provide shampoo and conditioner or laundry detergent. Your rental should also include a disposable sponge and hand towels for each sink.  We do NOT provide bath or beach towels.

At Drosoudis Resort access instructions are sent to you automatically 10 days before check in. 

They will be sent to the email address on file with our booking system or through a call from our host.  Please do NOT go to the home with out the welcome letter from us. It contains not only access instructions to the home but info on what to bring etc.

At Drosoudis Resort is unusual in the vacation-rental industry. In as much as our occupancy rates run at nearly 100%, due to our lower rates and higher service standard.

This means that another family or group is checking out of your rental, on the same day that you arrive. Because it ordinarily takes the cleaning/restocking company 3+ hours to properly clean, prepare, restock and sanitize the property for your arrival, early check-in is almost never available.

For similar reasons Drosoudis Resort, late checkout is also unavailable.  If for some reason the property is done early you will receive a call or a text from our hosts letting you know that you can check in.  Please respect our cleaners and do not arrive before your check in time unless you have received a text letting you know it is ok to do so.

We get it, things come up, life happens and sometimes your plans are interrupted and we have a cancellation policy.

Should you need to cancel you will receive a 100% refund if you cancel at least 5 days before arrival. A 50% refund if you cancel at least 3 days before arrival, and no refund if you must cancel within 2 days of arrival.

Upon arrival at Drosoudis Resort in Vourvourou, our friendly staff will greet you and provide the keys to your vacation rental.

The deposit at Drosoudis Resort is a small amount for security purposes and will be refunded within 7 days of your check-out pending. There are no additional costs incurred from your stay such as damage, excessive cleaning required, or breaking house rules.

All of our properties at Drosoudis Resort have free, on-site parking available for at least 2 cars. The number of parking spots available is dependent on the particular property.

Vacation rentals in Drosoudis Resort are freestanding, attached or guest houses, villas, apartments and studios offered for short term occupancy.

They are largely unregulated. Some rental properties are just one in a large portfolio handled and managed by a leasing company. Other vacation rentals are cared for and rented out by, the owner.
